Quote of the Week

But it is forever true

that when the storms of life are savage,

it is the tree that bends

with the wind that survives.

Yeah, I know how that feels. I've been bending a lot this year.

Looking forward to shopping and maybe hummingbirds.

Good morning, I am up at what I think is a normal time. Mom woke me up at three wanting to go swimming. When I awoke an hour ago it was about to rain. Mom went back to bed in her chair. I do not know whether the threat of rain stopped her from swimming?

Very wise quote and so very true. I think mother's have more flexterity (dexterity) and can bend much easier...Or maybe they just don't mind bending as much as their counterparts do.
