Hey, I am here to tell you that miracles do happen. This morning I got up and had a shower while Talon was still asleep.
That is a miracle. Usually one turn of the faucet wakes him up. I was feeling really daring and I even shut the bathroom door. And he stayed asleep. Oooohh. Aaaaaah. A shower with no screaming toddler hanging on the shower curtain. I even had time for conditioner. Again, ooooh. And, he was still asleep when I got out. He stayed asleep while I got dressed, too. Then I went to the store to get a few things.
When I got back, my husband said he didn't even cry while I was gone. Yay!!! I sure am glad he loves his daddy! We all got ready and headed out the door, and we ended up where we were going 10 minutes early. Wow.
Like I said, miracles do happen. I am living proof.
By the way, the cat says, "Do you mind? I'm taking a shower!"

Very cute. Talon probably was worn out from all his activities of the day before.
Saw this 17-month-old little girl on TV this a.m. who could read at a five-year-old level. Amazing. Her parents started teaching her baby sign language when she was first born and that's why they think she can read so well so young. She demonstrated reading entire sentences!!! Wouldn't it be something else if Talon could do that?
