Yesterday it was in the 40's and very sunny and the girls and I went on a long walk around the neighborhood, ending up at Dancer Girl's friend's house, where they played and played and had such a good time. Dancer Girl's friend has a little sister too, so Little One had someone to play with too.
Today it was 50 degrees and we went out for recess and to feed the cats right before lunch. Though it was muddy in spots in my backyard, the girls had fun running and swinging. I picked up sticks, uncovered baby flowers, and generally just enjoyed being outside. We found a few daffodil plants with tiny buds on them already, and I was surprised to find one plant with 2 daffodils blooming already on it. The girls and I picked up toys, balls, hula hoops, etc. that we had all over the yard all winter (ha ha, better late than never). We brought the 2 daffodils in and put them in a vase.

I'm so glad that you found two daffodils in bloom...That means that Spring is on the way! Horay!!!
Right now at 6:25 p.m. it is 60 degrees outside. The temp has been rising all day and all of our snow melted today. It's muddy outside here too.
I'm glad that you live where you can take the girls for walks to visit their friends. That's wonderful. We have no sidewalks on our road and about a foot of roadway to walk on that is not very safe.
My daffodils MIGHT be coming up too... but I won't be able to see them until all of this snow is gone. ~ jb///
I walked in our yard today (squished) and noticed that our Live Forevers in front of the house were coming up and my lillies had small green shoots on them. My lilac bush also looks like they are budding out a little. I think spring will be here before we know it. It's in the 60s here today, almost too warm for jackets!!!
Saw my friends in home health today and they all asked about you. Showed them the pictures of the girls and they ooohed and ahhhed. See you soon.
